SpotHK Collectables: Store Policies

1. All Sales Final

Due to the collectible nature of our inventory (Trading Cards, Scale Models, and Memorabilia) and the volatility of the collectibles market, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse.

  • Minor cosmetic variations typical of manufacturing (e.g., centering on cards, slight paint variances on models).

  • Price fluctuations in the market after purchase.

2. Quality Assurance & Inspection Guarantee

We take immense pride in the quality of our goods.

  • Pre-Shipment Inspection: Every item, from Pokémon cards to Master Replicas, undergoes a rigorous, documented inspection by our team prior to packaging.

  • Transparency: For high-value items, we provide high-resolution photos of the exact item you will receive. By purchasing, you acknowledge the condition shown in the listing and provided images.

3. Shipping, Insurance, and Transit Damage

Once an item is handed over to the shipping carrier, liability shifts to the buyer and the carrier.

  • Packaging: We use collector-grade packaging (top loaders, bubble wrap, double-boxing for models) to ensure safety.

  • Insurance: We highly recommend (and may require for orders over a certain amount) purchasing shipping insurance.

  • Damage Claims: If an item arrives damaged, do not return it to us. You must retain all original packaging and file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We will assist you by providing proof of value and proof of condition prior to shipping.

4. Chargeback and Dispute Policy

We have a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent chargebacks (friendly fraud).

  • By purchasing from SpotHK Collectables, you agree that you are the authorized user of the payment method.

  • In the event of a chargeback claiming "Item Not Described" or "Item Not Received," we will submit a comprehensive evidence package to your bank, including:

    • Time-stamped photos of the item taken during packing.

    • Proof of shipping address validation.

    • Tracking information with delivery confirmation (GPS/Signature).

  • Unjustified chargebacks will result in a permanent ban from our store and may be reported to industry blacklists.
